All orders are generally shipped within 2-10 business days unless otherwise specified. Large orders (over 500 pairs) may require some additional lead time. Lead time varies during our busy holiday season. Please place your holiday orders early to ensure on-time delivery.

You may return unopened and unused products sold by GRIPAD USA LLC within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, otherwise your refund will be less the cost of S&P. You will need to contact us via sales@gripad.com to receive an authorization to return the products for a refund.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice. For Corporate Purchasing, a Company Account may be established upon credit application and approval. Your first order must be paid via credit card which will be kept on file. Invoices for which payment is not received within 10 business days from the date of the invoice will be charged to the credit card on file. Orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

Products shipped from our facility are shipped via USPS first class mail. A physical address is required for all shipments. We also ship to APO's and FPO's. Customers will be charged for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being provided to us. In the rare event that a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may take appropriate corrective actions.

Neither we nor any other party (whether or not involved in producing, maintaining or delivering this Website or the products sold in this website), shall be liable or responsible for any kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as a result of your or their use of our website or the products sold in this website. This exclusion shall include and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect or consequential loss, and whether in tort or contract or otherwise in connection with this Website or the products sold in this website.

We diligently try to maintain sufficient inventory levels to fulfill all orders; however, occasionally one of our popular items may be temporarily out of stock. In the event this occurs, we will contact you immediately for an anticipated delivery date.
